This SEPTA fundraiser is primarily a public service for those who have family members with medical conditions that need to be conveyed in the case of an emergency when you are unavailable or unable to provide medical history.
The scrolls are available in five colors (blue, purple, red, goldenrod and black). Each comes with a customizable form that can include a picture as well as extensive, detailed information about medical history, current medications, allergies, and emergency medical and family contacts.
